Quality has been and is our permanent objective. By such reason ITAR has implemented a Management Quality System that has been certificated since 1998-11-30, and has been updated to ISO  9001:2008 revision (Certificate Nš 85815-2010-AQ-ARG-RvA 10/13/10)  Det Norske Veritas Management System Certification; acreditation by The Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA)



What do we mean by quality management, and what is our aim?

 

It is a way of working where:

  • all actions are planned in advance and conducted systematically

  • ensures that processes, products and services meet the requirements specified

How do we do?
 

Eliminating the cause of the defects before they appear, through the establishment, development and implementation of the principles of quality management, from raw materials to after-sales service.

 

How do our uses benefit from it?

 

The quality management system becomes an additional service to our customers through which they can purchase ITAR brand products with confidence, and use them to full satisfaction, through ensuring that they comply with the required quality characteristics by the standards or specifications requested.
